Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: Does the Minister intend to “expand free dental care through a yearly free check-up and x-ray for 18 – 25 year olds, Community Service Card holders and Super Gold Card Holders to halt preventable dental disease.” as found on page 31 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
