Hon Nicola Willis: The status of time limited funding from previous Budgets is outlined on page 107 of the Summary of Initiatives. New instances of time-limited funding are set out on page 109. I do not consider the instances of time-limited funding in Budget 2024 to be fiscal cliffs.
