29477 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: Does she still stand by her answer to 10624 (2024), and does she consider the seven instances of time-limited funding in her Budget to be fiscal cliffs; if not, why not?

Hon Nicola Willis: Yes, I stand by that answer. Time-limited funding is set out in detail in the Summary of Initiatives 2024. I do not consider any of the five new time-limited initiatives created in Budget 2024 to be fiscal cliffs.
