Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Have officials conducted or reviewed cost-benefit analyses comparing crossings with standard Stop/Give Way signs versus those with additional ‘Look for Trains’ signage, particularly given a WSP finding that 93.4% of drivers stopped when the additional signage was present?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: KiwiRail advise it has not carried out the cost-benefit analysis of this.
