29435 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: How many, if any, suppliers are likely to lose regular work on school property as a result of the Ministry of Education’s proposed Regional Supplier Programme for school property; and how many people work for those suppliers?

Hon Erica Stanford: The Ministry of Education (the Ministry) notified me that the Ministry that it would undertake consultation on proposed changes to its commercial arrangements for school property, in response to supplier feedback. At this stage, the Ministry is considering feedback from suppliers on this matter, and no decisions have been taken. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 29444 (2026), 29436 (2026), 29441 (2026), 29443 (2026), 29456 (2026).
