29413 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, have been taken in the quarter January to March 2024 to promote training in allied, scientific and technical health careers to New Zealanders?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that during the January to March quarter, Health New Zealand participated in tertiary organisation forums and planning groups to increase student enrolments including anaesthetic technologists and medical imaging technologists and continued engagement with tertiary providers on new pathways.
