29402 (2023). Hon Jan Tinetti to the Minister of Education: How much if any of the funding allocated through Budget 2023 to support schools affected by the Auckland floods in early 2023 and Cyclone Gabrielle has been spent to date listed by date, region and project?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that of the funding allocated through Budget 23, $18.55 million has been spent on property and infrastructure support for schools impacted by the Auckland flooding and Cyclone Gabrielle weather events in early 2023. I refer the Member to the attached table which provides breakdown of spend by school, region, and the amount spent to date. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 29403 (2023).
