29400 (2026). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: When, if at all, are Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade officials required to fly Premium Economy or Economy when travelling on official business and what exceptions, if any, are there?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Travel by Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade staff is by default economy class. Premium economy travel may be approved if the total flying time exceeds 10 hours.
