Hon Andrew Bayly: The objectives I hope to achieve in my term as Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs include fostering a dynamic and competitive economy by removing red tape and reducing compliance costs to create a predictable, consistent and easy-to-navigate regulatory environment.
