Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that no specific operational functions have been reduced or suspended as a result of Customs staffing cuts since January 2024. The objectives of Customs’ 2024 Organisational Change Programme were to operate as efficiently as possible, while also ensuring that Customs continues to deliver on its priorities without impacting its ability to deliver services and critical support functions.
