29311 (2025). Hon Jenny Salesa to the Minister of Customs: What proportion of NZ Customs seizures, if any, since January 2024 have been jointly coordinated with NZ Police or international law enforcement?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) does not record seizure data in this manner. However, between 1 January 2024 and 9 June 2025, the Customs Investigations Unit instigated 33 investigations jointly with the New Zealand Police or international partners.
