Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: Does the Minister intend to “amend the Sport and Recreation New Zealand Act to remove public funding from bodies that allow non-biological women to be selected unequally against biological women” as found on page 4 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
