Hon Peeni Henare to the Minister for Sport and Recreation: Does the Minister intend to “encourage people into the governance of sport who are the appropriate people and not based on race or gender”, as found on page 36 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
