29228 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning 2 June 2025, by title and date?

Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received no formal advice from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery (CR) and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet between 2-6 June 2025. Staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, CR and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
