29222 (2025). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Justice: What steps, if any, have been taken to ensure the courts case management system can distinguish between new and old strikes under the three strikes regime?

Hon Nicole McKee: I am advised the courts case management system and the Criminal and Traffic History report have been updated. These changes clearly show which warnings a person received under the previous regime, and have or have not been reactivated, and which warnings have been issued under the new regime.
