Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister intend to “encourage all under 18 year olds to get into Kiwisaver by offering an annual state contribution of $250, if $250 has been saved in the preceding year…” as found on page 21 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am not responsible for a political party's manifesto. I intend to implement policies outlined in the speech from the Throne and the coalition agreements that are relevant to my portfolio.
