Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister intend to “update the Commerce Act and associated regulations to provide greater certainty around cost recovery for regulated infrastructure” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Electrify NZ’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Andrew Bayly: I am not responsible for a political party's manifesto. I intend to implement policies outlined in the speech from the Throne and the coalition agreements that are relevant to my portfolio.
