Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I discussed the designation of Jaish Al Adl and Shining Path as terrorism entities under the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002 with the Chief Executive of the DPMC on 15 June 2026.
