Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister agree with the ASB customer and representative plaintiff in the Banking Class Action against ASB and ANZ who said that "ANZ and ASB think by admitting to breaking the law, the consequences don’t apply to them"?
