29155 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister for Regional Development: Further to reply 24306 (2026), what is the current expected completion date for the Dawson Falls Lodge development, and which milestones under the funding agreement remain outstanding?

Hon Shane Jones: Kānoa – Regional Economic Development & Investment Unit is currently working with the funding recipient regarding the expected completion date. Information regarding milestones is commercially sensitive, and I do not consider it is in the public interest to release.
