Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Does the Minister intend to progress a “review of the building code with a goal to introduce streamlined risk-based consenting that considers the size and complexity of a development and the builder’s credentials” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Better Building and Construction’ document, and if not, why not?
