29119 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Associate Minister of Education: How many, if any, meals were thrown out by schools during the week of June 8th 2026?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised by the Ministry of Education that schools in the school lunches programme are required to return surplus meals to their supplier. I refer the Member to my response to written parliamentary question 29117 (2026).
