Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: What actions, if any, does the Minister intend to take to progress the transfer of “processing of Category 3 building consents (buildings over 10 metres) to dedicated consenting teams that specialise in these types of buildings”, as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Better Building and Construction’ document?
