Hon Casey Costello: I cannot provide an answer to this Written Parliamentary Question as it does not reflect the process for clearing cargo. Not all cargo is x-rayed and/or physically examined, however all cargo is electronically screened against Customs’ rules based alert system to identify high risk importations which require further intervention.
