Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) has not undertaken any internal reviews into gaps in sea freight security screening over the past three years. However, by maintaining awareness of the environment and working in partnership with border colleagues, industry partners and international partners, Customs utilises its systems and assets to maintain and improve its security screening techniques.
