29098 (2023). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Has the Minister had any meetings, discussions, or any communication written or verbal with industry stakeholders relating to the creation of “standards to deliver a seamless experience across all councils,” as alluded to in the National Party’s “Better building and construction” document, if so, who were these stakeholders and what date did these communications occur?

Hon Chris Penk: Yes: I met with representatives of the Property Council on 8 December 2023 to discuss issues broadly connected with this policy area, albeit in the context of the Property Council's advocacy rather than National Party policy.
