29086 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many of the 1,031 households recorded in the Homelessness Insights report to 31 March 2026 as being in the Housing First programme but not yet in a stable home were living without shelter?

Hon Chris Bishop: Of the 1,031 households in service of Housing First that were waiting to be housed as at 31 March 2026, 305 households were living without shelter when they joined the service. The living situation of these households may have changed since they entered the service, however the reporting does not capture these changes in a dynamic way for this population of service users
