Hon Chris Bishop: No. Officials and the Independant Advisory Group assessed applications against the criteria in the Fast-track Approvals Bill, including impacts on Māori development and Post-settlement Governance Entity priorities. Reviewing past business performance or directors’ records was not part of this process.
