Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Does the Minister intend to progress the policy of "Work with the industry to allow plumbers, gasfitters, and drainlayers to self-certify (like electricians) subject to independent inspection" as outlined in the National Party's 'Better Building and Construction' document, and if not, why not?
