Hon Penny Simmonds: My office receives a significant volume of invitations and meeting requests across all of my ministerial portfolios and responsibilities. To identify and collate every event or meeting declined during the specified period, including locations, descriptions, and attendees, would require substantial manual review of records and correspondence. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to divert ministerial or departmental resources to undertake that exercise.
