Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister of Climate Change: Does the Minister intend to “amend the ETS [Emissions Trading Scheme] to recognise farm forestry and shelterbelts”, as found on page 38 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office received during the week of 27 November 2023, on this by title and date?
