Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: Does the Minister intend to introduce legislation to require Code Compliance Certificates to “be issued within five working days after a building passes final inspection" as outlined in the National Party's 'Better Building and Construction' document, and if not, what action will the Minister take to implement this policy?
