Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “slash red tape and regulatory blocks on irrigation, water storage, managed aquifer recharge and flood protection schemes through the Regional Infrastructure Fund”, as found on page 38 of the 2023 New Zealand First Party manifesto, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?
