Hon Chris Bishop: I take the question to mean, what is the decision timeframe for any project currently before an expert panel. As of 6 June 2025, four projects are before expert panels where decision timeframes have been set. The Panel Convener and/or associate Panel Conveners set the timeframe for a decision, which are subsequently posted as Minutes of the Expert Panel, on the Fast-track website under each project, https://www.fasttrack.govt.nz/projects The following dates have been set by the Panel Convener and/or associate Panel Convener; • Delmore - decision due on 12 September 2025 • Maitahi Village - decision due on 12 September 2025 • Bledisloe North Wharf and Fergusson North Berth Extension - decision due on 22 August 2025 • Milldale – decision due on 7 October 2025
