Hon Tama Potaka: The cohort in Housing First have complex and non linear pathways through the service, with households frequently moving between different states of engagement, housing status, and support needs. As a result, the data represents a dynamic system where flows can change significantly over time, and these changes are unable to be fully captured within single point-in-time reports. Each month the latest three months of Housing First data will be revised to capture any data that may be updated after the reporting period, including any changes in housing status. There is no confirmed work to change Housing First reporting at this stage.
