Lan Pham to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: What advice, briefings, aide-memoires, reports, or other documents, if any, does MPI hold relating to any decision, recommendation, assessment, or consideration not to advocate for, pursue, develop, or recommend increasing the legal protections available to fisheries observers, as per the recommendations of the 2020 Schmidt-McCleave report on the abuse and harassment of fisheries observers to "Align legal protections for Observers with those in place for Fishery Officers"?
