Lan Pham to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries: What advice, aide-memories, or other documents, if any, has the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries received on the legislative options for increasing the legal protections of fisheries observers, as per the recommendation of the 2020 Schmidt-McCleave report on the abuse and harassment of fisheries observers to "Align legal protections for Observers with those in place for Fishery Officers"?
