29017 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Local Government: Why, if Taumata Arowai intends to publish its January-March 2026 quarterly performance report on its website when it is completed, does there appear to be no other previous quarterly performance reports available on the Taumata Arowai website?

Hon Simon Watts: The Water Services Authority – Taumata Arowai decided to proactively publish Quarterly Performance Reports on its website, after reviewing its approach to proactive release of information and with the aim of supporting greater transparency and public access to information. The decision was informed by guidance from the Public Service Commission and the Ombudsman, and Ministerial consideration. The timing for implementing this approach meant that the Quarter 3 2025/26 Report will be the first Quarterly Performance Report to be published. All Quarterly Performance Reports are intended to be proactively released in line with this decision.
