Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “unleash investment in transmission and local lines by eliminating consents for upgrades to existing infrastructure and most new infrastructure” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Blueprint for a Better Environment’ document, and if not, why not?
