Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “enable rapid investment in offshore wind generation by fast-tracking permits for offshore wind while protecting the environment” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Blueprint for a Better Environment’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am not responsible for party manifestos. My immediate priorities are identified in the Cabinet-approved 100-day plan. I will receive advice from officials on this matter in due course.
