Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “set minimum lapse times on resource consents for all renewable generation to 10 years to provide certainty” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Electrify NZ’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am not responsible for party manifestos. My immediate priorities are identified in the Cabinet-approved 100-day plan. I will receive advice from officials on this matter in due course.
