Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Does the Minister intend to “defer central government rules requiring resource consents for winter grazing until freshwater farm plans are in place, with plans to become risk and outcomes-based” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Getting Back to Farming’ document, and if not, why not?
