Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Minister for Resources: Does he stand by his statement “To the best of my knowledge there was some sort of cock-up with the original booking, and then it was corrected, and by the time they corrected it there must have been a change in the cost structure of the trip” if so, who made the change to the cost structure for his March 2025 ministerial travel to Toronto Canada?
