28921 (2023). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for National Security and Intelligence: What directions, if any, has the Minister given their responsible ministries, agencies or departments on reducing their staff headcount, by ministry, agency or department?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Minister for National Security and Intelligence I am not a Responsible Minister. In my capacity as Prime Minister I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
