Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: Does the Minister intend to “eliminate the requirement for employers to pay RSEs 30 hours minimum each week, and replace this with a requirement for employers to pay RSEs 30 hours minimum per week averaged across the contracted period” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Primary Sector Growth Plan’ document, and if not, why not?
