Hon Erica Stanford: The file name for the Ministry of Education email list automatically distributed every week to Education Private Secretaries is “Emergency Contacts - National Report.” Please note that the file title is not indicative of a sole purpose of the information and is simply the title of the list held by the Ministry. This email list is also used for day-to-day purposes of contacting schools, such as if the Ministry needed to contact a school for any reason. The list contains approximately 11,500 unique email address of principals, board chairs, and emergency contracts. My office predominantly sends sector emails to only the principals, and on occasion, also to board chairs. This is also my answer to Written Parliamentary Question 28735 (2026)
