28873 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: What specific steps are officials taking to lease any remaining unallocated social housing places in regions that are below their allocation?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that 11 of the remaining 12 places of the 300 social housing places funded last year for the Housing First programme have leases being prepared, with the remaining place being under active negotiation between a Community Housing Provider and a prospective lessor.
