28869 (2023). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: Does the Minister intend to “allow people from eligible countries to apply for a second or third Working Holiday Visa if they work in areas with worker shortages such as agriculture” as outlined in the National Party’s ‘Primary Sector Growth Plan’ document, and if so, what advice, reports, briefings, aides-memoire, or any other documents has the Minister, or any member of their Office commissioned on this by title and date?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am yet to receive advice from officials specifically in relation to the Working Holiday Visa scheme. The Government’s priorities are set out in the National, ACT and NZ First coalition agreements.
