28852 (2026). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Education: Has the Ministry of Education discussed, with her, any protocols for notifying schools about funding decisions for new classrooms or school property upgrades and if so, when and what information was provided to her?

Hon Erica Stanford: When investment decisions are made, the Ministry provides advice on possible announcement opportunities. Ahead of each scheduled announcement, discussions are held between the Ministry and my office to determine the approach to informing the relevant schools of these decisions.
