Hon Casey Costello: New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) regularly briefs me on the role of international drug cartels or local gangs in trafficking methamphetamine into New Zealand through a number of reporting and communication channels, such as the Weekly Report to the Minister of Customs and during regular meetings with senior Customs officials.
